Average experience to be honest. Goods ordered online for a 3pm collection, arrived a day late. No call or contact to advise on the delay. Usually things run smoother.

I needed a couple of central heating components at short notice from my local supplier. Under normal circumstances, I would have called in, but in view of the current pandemic situation, felt it would be better to order first under click and collect. To do this, it was first necessary to register. I had no problem doing so, but found it to be far from straightforward. In the knowledge that my small order would not qualify for free delivery, I ticked the box for click and collect. However, the acknowledgement of my order seemed to suggest my items would be delivered the next day. When that did not happen, I rang and was asked if I could call and collect. I was happy to do so, but all very confused. The items supplied were top quality and good value. Just wish the website had been more user friendly.

Always helpful at this branch - chase up on product orders very quickly - always good on quotes - knowledgable staff.

Easy to purchase items on line although one item listed on line is no longer stocked which I didn’t find out until after. Picking up materials was well organised with all current safety measures in place and staff were friendly.

The staff at Aintree have been really helpful as I have had to amend my last order and it was a bit complicated to say the least. I do feel that customers need to call in the store as I often buy extra items when I’m in the queue. This must be costing your business a fortune.

So we made an appointment at city plumbing The young lady called Holly heart we was having a family bathroom turned into a wet room into ensuite rooms one above one shower they were very dated and we had not much idea what we wanted Holly had all the dimensions with lots of photographs she started on the downstairs ones first which was her biggest room and gave us a few suggestions her product knowledge was incredible we asked her how long she worked there and she told us it was not many years but her knowledge was of someone who had been working at the place for 15 years as we walk round looking at all the products she designed our bedroom for us and we knew it was exactly what we wanted she asked us our budget the wet room was we wanted very high class our bedroom ensuite we wanted to be middle in the guest room ensuite we wanted to be on a low budget she got back to us very promptly at the end of the day with computerised plans which we absolutely loved all the goods were delivered to her house and we had a very good plumber fitting them he is almost finished the third one and well we can’t believe how much we love it it’s like we’ve moved into a very high-class house if anybody is thinking about having a bathroom design go to city plumbing and ask for Holly heart I think you will be amazed

ordered my items on 18 Jan 2021 its now 30 Jan 2021 and still not arrived don't think I will be using city plumbing again
